Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using AleaX, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This platform is a high-stakes competition arena; if you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and must discontinue access immediately.
Eligibility & User Accounts
Participants must be at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation is legal in your jurisdiction. AleaX reserves the right to request proof of age and identity before any prize is awarded. Failure to provide valid ID results in disqualification.
Competitions & Ticket Allocation
Our system uses instant random allocation. Upon successful checkout, ticket numbers are automatically assigned to your account. All draws are conducted via a verifiable random number generator (RNG) during our live TikTok broadcasts to ensure 100% transparency.
Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed through encrypted gateways. Due to the nature of live prize draws, all ticket sales are final. Refunds are only issued at the sole discretion of AleaX management or in the event a competition is fully cancelled.
Limitation of Liability
AleaX shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or the prizes won. Users participate at their own risk within the rules of the arena.
